A year ago I could barely hold a bent-knee plank for 10 seconds. But today, out of curiousity, I asked someone in my Pilates class to time my full planks. I've been working on these since late last year. When I first started doing these, I could barely hold on for five seconds. The pain and pressure through my shoulders and forearms was so intense.
Today I held them for one minute five seconds!
I'm really quite proud of myself.
