Default Sub 30 minute 5K....check

Achieved another mini goal yesterday when I ran a 5k in 27.36. Amost a full 4 minute improvement over my first 5k three weeks ago.

Mini Goal #1: 229 (60 pounds lost) Met 4/20/11
Mini Goal #2: Sub 30 minute 5k Met 4/30/11 27:36
Mini Goal #3: 219 (70 pounds lost) Met 9/17/11
Mini Goal #4: 209 (80 pounds lost,original goal weight) Met 10/18/11
Mini Goal #5: 199 (90 pounds lost, ONEDERLAND) Met 11/17/11
Mini Goal #6: 189 (100 pounds lost, I'm done!)

That really is terrific! A great achievement.

I haven't run a 5k in while, but the fastest for me so far has been 28:15. I ran a half marathon this morning in the rain and wind and cold. It was still the most fun thing I did this week. (Definitely this month-LOL).

Running is awesome!
