Mini goal: putting it in writing

  • Hello all,

    So I thought I would put my mini goal in writing so I have more than just myself and my husband to be accountable to!

    My goal is to lose another 4 pounds by May 13th (bringing my total weight loss thus far to 20 pounds). So far, I have already lost more weight that I have EVER been able to in a consistent run (I am doing Weight Watchers).

    On May 13th my husband and I are going to Six Flags Magic Mountain with a friend of ours and I thought setting a goal with a specific date and event in mind would be great.

    This will help me with all the walking I want to do to condition myself for walking around an amusement park (all those hills!) and doing my core exercises so that I am ready for the rollercoaters!

    Just knowing that I will be 20 pounds lighter by the time we go I know will do wonders for me mentally as well as physically.

    So, I will write in on the morning of the 13th to let you all know how I did!

    Here I go!!!!
