I started around 245 (no scale yet) and was 257 at my highest. I started losing weight when I went vegan July 2010 without working towards it and stopped around 230. I felt so amazing and full of energy from the diet change and weight loss that I decided to work harder and as of January 1st this year I started watching calories and exercising like crazy.
I don't post on here much but check in daily to get my fix of inspiration. Thank you everyone! This is such a wonderful positive site!
