Default 15 kgs gone! (33 lbs)

Greetings

I have today met yet another of my mini goals, to lose 15 kgs. Well after weeks of seesawing, I've finally done it!

What worked to get me out of the plateau this time was to change up my exercise. Instead of walking and going to the gym, I've been painting my room.

Only another 30 kgs to go!

Wonderful! I started doing yoga, omg, it rocks. I lost a lot of weight since starting it and have decided to do housework mixed with yoga poses to change things up a bit. I also have this stationary bike sitting in the hallway. It's one of those with the fans in the front wheel. Obnoxiously loud but it will work for a killer 30 minute workout. Has anyone found any success with calorie counting or meal planning? What type of workouts work best for you?
