NSV......Normal Blood Sugars

    I'm diabetic and my blood sugars have always ran high in the morning. Since starting weight watchers 3 1/2 weeks ago, my blood sugars have been within the normal range every morning. I hoping that as they continue to stay within the normal range, that my doctor will be able to reduce some of my medication. Just one more step in the direction of living a more healthy life!

    That is SO amazing! Congrats on that... Keep up the great work! I almost want to cry for you, I Know I would be SO thrilled if I ever managed to get my blood pressure in check (without massive amounts of meds :-|)
