I met a mini goal today- 1 week of dieting
Its been trial and error, but im getting into the swing of things. The last 2 days i havent walked on the treadmill but i was so sore! Today i will though. I still havent figured out the whole breakfast thing, but did finally pick up SF Powder. I am also finding that you dont have to sacrifice good snacks to be healthy. You can have chips, but get the healthier ones and only have a serving! I also dont eat meat, but today for some reason i needed a cheeseburger but didnt want a big one so I tried one of the Smart Ones burgers and it was good. 200 calories good, but good. That poor cow...thats another post though. Oh and I figured out the whole Fullbar thing. Its best when i take it before dinner.
