Under 200
So alittle while ago i got down to under 200 lbs but now I seem to be stuck at 175 and nothing seems to be helping but I refuse to give up!

Maybe change up your exercise? I stagnated around 190 until I started doing different exercise and then it started shifting again.

Thanks Theyda, I've been trying that but nothing. It's been a couple months and I just can't seem to do anything.

Congrats on not giving up Talisia :) What do you eat on a typical day? How many times and what kinds of foods? Are you following a particular plan?

Perhaps you are building muscle :) If you look slimmer it is better than simply weigh less.
