It's awesome that you don't have a date set! I think it's definitely better that way and just focus on actually losing. I actually do Body For Life and I exercise 6 times a week 3 days it's 20 minutes of intense cardio and 3 days it's 45 minutes strength training. I love it because it's short and I can always fit it in. AND more importantly it's effective.

I eat 6 times a day between 1200-1300 calories and I allow myself 1 free meal a week. There are so many different ways here you just have to find what fits you the best and what you can live with. I can definitely live with mine forever and I've tried a couple of different things. Are you already working out?

What sort of plan do you think would work for you? What kind of foods do you currently eat?

Calorie counting gave me a method to fix the madness.

A high protein, moderate carb balance gives me control over cravings.

Thanks for answering. Actually I have been doing portion control and alternate food sucks as eating fruit instead of giving into my cravings. I just started working out yesterday, 60 mins of cardio.
