Default 50 lbs lost and I feel great!!!!

Down 50 lbs!!!!

I was a size 18 when I started. And could barely hold a jog at 4.5 on the treadmill for a minute. Now I'm a size 12 and I do interval training alternating between 6.5 (run) and 5.0 (slow jog).
I feel happier in my life, healthier and more energized. I notice I don't need like 10 hours of sleep at night, but a solid 7-8 hours instead. A lot of my depression issues have improved ten fold. I'm a more patient mother, and a more loving wife.

I love running and I've just started swimming. This time I am not eating "diet" foods, but rather I eat clean. I'm also trying to forget the "all or nothing" mentality that has been my undoing in the past.

I just want to shout Hooray!!!!!!
