Today is six months since I've started really trying to lose weight. It's the longest I've ever stuck to a plan, usually I've stopped after 3 months or so. So far I've lost 37 pounds, and have gone from wearing a 24 to somewhere between a 18 and a 20. Since getting under 230 it is the least I've weighed in about 14 years.
My New's Years resolution was sticking to plan for the whole year, and I really think I'll be able to do it!
