Hello all. Just thought I'd congratulate myself for losing 4 pounds this week. Freakin' success!
I only exercised 2 days this week, but will step it up when I finally put a tv right in front of that 'ole treadmill. That'll get things moving... watching my favorite exercise and weight loss inspiration shows, or just oprah, while treading up a sweat. Can't wait to redo my office/fitness room tomorrow so I can start being more consistent with exercise.
This is 28 days into my new diet and I've lost a total of 21 lbs! Wow this is working for me and I can't believe I've stuck with it this long. Incredible, I feel so alive and am looking so forward to the future. Good luck everybody and I hope you're doing as well as I know you can.
