Today while at work I was washing my hands in the bathroom when two of my co-workers came in. One of them said I looked "really good" (I didn't feel like I did...). Then she asked the question I've been dreading and slightly waiting for "How much weight have you lost?" "Oh, 10 pounds...but I've plateaued like crazy.." "No way! Only 10? You look really amazing!" "Thanks!" It's normally really hard for me to take a compliment since I have self esteem issues (even when I was skinny) but this just put a huge bounce in my step! ^^

Accept the compliments, you deserve them !
