Little by little things are working. I lost 13 pounds in a week and a half. And tonight, even though I really didnt feel like venturing out into the 20 degree weather, I made myself do it and went walking for an hour. The best part is that I was able to incorporate some jogging into it. This was the first time I have tried jogging in about six years so I am happy! It doesn't sound like much, but I certainly am feeling better.
