I know its not a HUGE goal, but I finally made it through a week of workouts! I work out EVERY night for atleast a half hour with a mix of walking/running and jogging. I use to always quit on the 3rd or 4th day but this time I'm sticking to it!
I am keeping this up and Im feeling GREAT so far!!
