Default I'm officially a runner!!!

Just ran 2.51 miles in 29 minutes! So that is an average of less than 12 minutes per mile!! I can't even remember the last time I ran a mile in less than 12 minutes. Maybe junior high (I'm 30 by the way)? Let's just make it a a long a** time ago.

8 minute mile here I come!!!

Edit: Actually mapped my run and turns out that it is really only 2.38 miles. Oops! But I still got under 13 minutes so I'm not complaining!!!

Congrats!! I always think running is so glamorous — probably because I can't do it without putting the earth of its axis

270 (-10%) 5/21| 239 (-20%) | 210 (-30%) | 175 (-40%)

One to my herd for every 10 pounds:
