Default It's not earth shattering, but....

I'm tickled pink because I've lost 28 pounds thus far.

It's coming off very slowly, but research states that the slower you get the weight off, the better it is.

I'm thrilled

Being determined is the decision to do whatever you need to do in order to have what you say you want to have!

My mini goal is to take off 50 lbs. by August
For every 10 lbs.

That's earth shattering enough!! You've obviously put in a lot of time and effort! I'm at 28 also And it has come off pretty slowly and I've finally accepted that. I think it helps to build healthy awesome habits. Congrats!!

Calorie counting gave me a method to fix the madness.

A high protein, moderate carb balance gives me control over cravings.

28lbs is alot! And I agree.. with losing slowly, it has been taking me forever, but I think in the long run that is waaaay better for your body, it gives it more time to adjust.
