I feel great. I achieved a mini goal that I only really think about while I am working out. I finally burned 500 calories in 30 minutes on the elliptical. I upped my resistance to 5 for most of the work out. I love how much stronger my legs are getting. I remember when I could barely work out on resistance level 2.
Anyways, I am super excited I did that today!
