Thankyou, i'm no different than anyone else though, everyone of us has it in them to do something.

I'm trying... it sometimes feels like there are 2 entities in me, with the person i want to be trapped and desperately fighting for control.

My dad says my face looked like it was going to explode, my Mom forever worried about my health wells up with tears as she cups my face when i see her, horrible that i made her worry so.

Thankyou, it's not easy as you probably know, but with determination and a little strength of spirit we can all make ourselves happy.

Wow! What success Your hard work is obviously paying off. Not only are you thinner, but you look happier and like you have more energy. I wish you the best on the rest of your weight loss journey; I'm without a doubt that you will succeed.

More energy and happier don't even come close to how i feel, i honestly feel as good or better than i can ever remember feeling.

You are right that i will never let this go, it would take an act of God to stop me.

Not that i think i can inspire anyone but people need to know it isn't impossible to make changes and it's truly only about small steps and just takes winning the battle one day at a time. Something i realized from reading all those who contributed before me.

Reading it back it seems so cliche and been said before many times, still doesn't diminish the truth of it though.

I'm amazed at how much you've lost, and am humbled by what an exceptional accomplishment that truly is. Until I began my own attempt to lose weight I never understood just how much determination it takes to lose even 20 pounds, and to see your loss is really inspiring. Your screen name fits your attitude perfectly.

Congratulations on seeing all your hard work really pay off. And... I don't want it to go to your head or anything but it's worth repeating... you look fantastic.
