I am so happy for the support of folks on this site!
I am over my first mini-goal (20 LBS) by 1 pound after just 3 1/2 weeks!
Mainly because I was SO overweight but I did seriously cut my carbs and fats by a lot, cold turkey.
I do not feel so depressed now and I have more energy!
Oh, BTW after visiting my grandkids with MY Mom and Dad this a.m., I went to lunch with them and had just the salad bar (it's a luncheon plate) with a base of 1.5 cups of salad, a bunch of veggies, a tbsp of cheese, 1/4 C lite dressing and a cup of soup. AND I DIDN"T TOUCH THE TABLE with my belly -for the 1st time in MONTHS! Feels SOOOOOO Good! YEAH! Worth ALL THE JUNK that I DIDN'T eat this month! Thanks everyone for the nice comments-Great weekend to all...and keep on truck'in!
