I knew that weight has been dropping rapidly over this past week. Not sure exactly what it is from, but I have increased my time running, so maybe that could be it.
At any rate, why question the positive? I weighed in today at 244. That means I have lost 100 pounds!
I know that 100 is not any more or any less impressive then 99 or 101. But there is something symbolic about hitting that 100 number that feels really good.
I am awful as far as not recognizing how far I've come - instead focusing on how far I have left to go, but I'm trying to just enjoy this!
