i lost 4 more pounds !!!!! & NSV
 

i went upstairs to weigh myself this morning..really thinking i must have gained a pound or two...i thought seeing that i had gained would motivate me to start working harder on this............but i lost 4lbs :D :hyper: :dance:


also...i noticed yesterday while doing my workout it seemed to not be as hard as the first few times ...it was still challenging, but it felt more comfortable working out :D

YAY ! it's working !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
