Measurements

Did my body measurement today. I've lost 1/4 inch in my neck, 3/4 inch in my bicep, 1/2 inch in my forearm, 1/4 inch from my chest, 1 and 1/4 inch from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, and have lost 6.6 pounds since I measured/weighed one month ago. Not bad, huh? :)

That is great! Congratulations! Keep it up! I need to take my measurements too, so when the scales stalls, I will have something to else to focus on!
