I had the best day today.
Not only was my calorie intake perfect, not only did I get in a killer 3-hour workout at taekwondo, but mentally I was totally on my A-game. More often than not I stay within my calorie limit, but there is always
an urge to eat. I'm getting better at ignoring it, but that voice is always there, telling me I want to eat. And today, not one single thought of "I wish I could eat a pint of ice cream" etc.
This is a HUGE victory for me and gives me hope that there will come a day where I have a normal, healthy relationship with food.
