I just had an appointment at my endocrinologist. My blood pressure was 100/70. I couldn't help but to ask the nurse if she measured it correctly. So, she humored me and took it again. Now, my BP has pretty much been on the high-side of "normal" for years, but I am still so thrilled the top and bottom numbers have both dropped! Does this count as a NSV??

Thanks everybody! I admit that I didn't really realize my BP would improve. So, this has sort-of been like putting something you finished on your "list" just so you can cross it off....but, I'll take it!
