Default Lost 10 lbs during Jan

I'm still new but I wanted to share that I did lose 10 lbs in January and feel like my energy is coming back. The scale can be sometimes disappointing but I started at 266 and now I'm 255 (i've been bouncing back and forth between 253-255). I'm actually making an effort to change my life maybe this, especially now that I have diabetes.

I'm glad I found a support group in this site.
