Congratulations. Like everyone else says, you need to prioritize yourself. But as the pounds melt off, the self confidence goes up. Appreciate yourself and your body for how hard you're working. It make you feel better every time you step on the scale.

Yeah 9 pounds is nothing to scoff at! You're doing at least 2 pounds a week which is AWESOME!!!!!!

You will one day be very proud and happy to go out and have a great time with your new svelte self because you're going to continue on this road to success!! How awesome! I can't wait either
