Default 5 Consistant Days of Walking Accomplished

I'm so happy about it. I haven't done that in maybe forever. It really shows me that i'm focus with my commitment to losing weight and being healthy.

Congratulations!

I love walking at this time of year. It's not so disgustingly hot as spring and summer always are, and getting to see all the Christmas lights is a nice motivator for me.

The people down the street have an inflatable Abominable Snowman from the old stop-motion animation version of "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer." I am SO jealous of that thing!

Keep it up. If I can do it anyone can. I was the laziest person ever right before I started and I had the worst eating habits. If you need any help let me. know. I've lost 80lbs in 7 months by walking one hour EVERY day, drinking 100+oz. of water everyday, not eating past 6 (sometimes 7), no snacking/binging or eating carbs for dinner, counting calories for every single thing I eat, staying at 1200 calories and really no processed foods and little carbs. Now that seems insane at first but honestly after the first month I gradually started to change and incorporate new parts to my diet. I just recently stopped eating pasta/bread/rice for no reason except for it was convenient while at work, and that was only 6 months into the diet. My boyfriend also started this with me and he isn't nearly as strict as I am and he already hit his goal after 5.5months and lost 40lbs (he's 150 now). My mom started two months ago walking with us and has lost 30lbs. You can do it just stay focused and take it day to day. When you're tempted to stray just remember how many walks it will take to burn those extra calories and ask yourself if it's worth it. You will be at a goal weight I can already tell by how motivated you are! Oh and I was only 40lbs less than you when I started - so just stick with it and drink a lot of water and the weight will come off.
