Default Down 11 Pounds FINALLY!

Finally I lost 11 pounds! It was hard for me to do, I kept swinging back up and down but its my TOM and Im down 11 pounds. YEAH <3 Im grateful to have a place to share my joy and to receive support to keep going.

Ive been eating TONS of fruit and veggies, mostly raw, tons of smoothies. Ive been hula hooping and loving it and I recently started a new job waitressing so I run around a bunch more than I used to.

Love and Lite my friends.

Bravo!! I started hooping for 20-30 minutes per day a week or so ago. I have not noticed any change in my weight or measurements. Of course it is a bit soon so I am not worried but I do have a couple of questions.

How often and long to you hoop for per day and how many days per week?

Do you hoop your total time per day all at once or do you break it up throughout the day?
