And I'm not going to go look for it!!

I've been doing WonderSlim since the late August/beginning of Sept. I've lost nearly 10 pounds!!! Absolutely LOVE this program It's so easy. And so easy to not have to cheat.

I have moved from "Obese" (such an ugly word!) to "overweight" on the BMI scale.

I am currently the same weight as my husband (shhhh. Don't tell him!)

My next mini-goals: weigh less than my husband and lose 10% of my body weight.

But despite losing this, the only thing that's getting smaller is my ring finger

Congrats!!! That is several mini goals wrapped up into one! Losing 5% AND getting into the overweight bmi category. For me, the mental move from obese to overweight seemed so significant. Woohoo
