So I have lost 45 lbs. It is not a goal number that I had planned on, but after thinking about it I realized it is a mini goal after all. It is 1 lb more than what I lost the last time I had a big wt loss. 1 lb more and I have no desire to "take a break" like I did the last time (and gained it all...+20 lbs...back)! yahoo for me!! It is usually around this time of year that I want all the fatty comfort foods - stews, chili, hotdishes full of cheese. Well, I still want them, but I am learning how to make them so they are healthy comfort foods. I am learning that it does not need to have a million g's of fat to make it a comfort food. So proud of myself.
