I have been on a low fat, low carb, reduced portion diet since April 2010, going to the gym with a trainer 2x a week since October 2009 and taking Phentermine on weekdays since July 2010 and today I hit 3 mini-goals:
I weigh 232.
2 lbs. less than my husband.
I've lost 10% of my body weight.
I've lost 25 lbs.
I didn't realize I would hit them all at once, since hubby's weight was a variable. I'm really happy. Doing the right things for you consistently really works!
