Default Nothing Tastes Better!

There is isn't a bag of chips, fast food, bottle of soda, glass of wine that tastes better than losing the 31 pounds that I have lost in the past 42 days. Absolutely nothing. I have 47 pounds to go until my goal but let me tell you I feel so good right now!! Its amazing and the best thing I have ever done for myself. If anyone out there is contemplating a diet or lifestyle change or adding exercise to their life...don't wait another minute. Start now. I couldn't give myself a better gift. I wish I had done this 4 years ago.

I've been blogging about my journey! What kind of diet I'm doing. What I do for exercise. It hasn't always been easy.

I'm impressed, but going to your blog I see you've done it on 800 calories per day. There's no way I could maintain that! I'm always amazed as I read more on this site at how many variations of dieting there are, truly different strokes for different folks. I'm glad it's working for you, though. Congrats!
