Default Very small, but an important start

I've lost the weight I gained while visiting my parents in Washington state. They show love with food at the best of times, and this time my mom was in the hospital most of the time (stage 5 kidney failure, refusing dialysis) so the stress was through the roof.

Next stop: losing the weight I gained after breaking my ankle 3 months ago.

Yes, food 'love' and stress combined are a nasty team. One of the things I appreciate of this forum is that it's an outlet for 'venting' as well as a wonderful place to find new coping tools with regards to food. Sending you all the : I can at this difficult juncture.
