So, I've been using a 30-day running, weighted average to keep track of my weight loss. My thought is that my weight fluctuates from day to day based on all sorts of things... so for me a loss isn't a loss until it shows up on the smoothed out average.
Way to go!! I don't use an average, but I don't really count my weight as being "the number" until I've been there (or lower) for a full week. So, I guess it is about the same thing .
Achievement seems to be connected with action. Successful men and women keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.
