I find this forum to be very helpful. I am going to post how I looked in may and how i look now. I have lost almost 15 pounds. Its been just going to the gym, and eating healthy. I have thyroid problems and I have been dealing with depression so I am very proud of myself. I started a profile yesterday and I am very glad that I found this site. I wish to get back to the weight I used to be 132 but if I can get down to 125 that would be ideal. I gained almost 40 pounds from november to may. May is when i started to take control of my life and I am finally starting to see results. I am so happy.
