Default doing my happy dance

Ive been on plan for FOUR STRAIGHT WEEKS...that is a HUGE accomplishment for me. It has taken me ALL YEAR to get my mind straight and focused on this.

So far my weight loss (since getting back on plan) is 4 lbs. Not a huge # but im still doing a happy dance because im just so darn proud of myself

I finally lost the first thirty pounds! I now weigh less than I have in at least six years! This diet plan is working so well for me because everything else I tried made me so hungry or weak. I feel like this has been a wonderful lifestyle change for me and will be easy to continue till I lose the rest of it.
whatever plan you are on I want to encourage you to keep on going till you see the results and how good they feel!
