Mini goal #2 Finally down! Back in the 200's!
I know longer weigh 300lbs.!!!!! For almost a month I plateaued! It really discouraged me because I was doing Couch 2 5K, a boot camp class, extra cardio and weight lifting, and nothing was happening. My weight was actually fluctuating up and down about 5lbs. at a time. I finally consulted a nutritionist who changed my diet up. I'm actually eating more now than I was but it is more balanced. Thank you all you ladies for inspiration and telling your stories. When I have hard days I come and look at people's success stories. Have a great day!
