met the top of the next 10 to lose
I finally feel comfortable with how i am eating. I met my mini goal of geting under 250. i stepped on the scale and 249 was the number. just 50 more to 199. im excited about my progress. i lost 8 pounds in 11 days. some must have been retained water. but its off of me and off the scale.
yay.now im more excited to continue since i feel so good already. my strategy is to meet a weight.now im in the 240s and not worry as long as i stay in the 240s as i work my way to the 230s. the up 1 pound down 1 pound used to throw me off, but now its okay. gotta keep trying. Thanks 2 all for support and motivation
