People are noticing that I have lost weight.

Today, a co-worker said to me, "You look like you're getting skinnier; are you?" My response was that the scale isn't showing a lot of loss, but my clothes are getting bigger. I also commented that I've been experimenting with eating for over two years and seem to have figured out what works for me, and she wanted to know what I'm doing.

Last week, a client that I haven't seen in about two months said, "You look great! You've lost weight!" She also wanted to know what I'm doing.

Finally, a couple of weeks ago, my husband told me he really notices my weight loss, particularly from the waist up. He actually asked me if I was starving myself because he knows how I've struggled to lose weight and now it is finally happening.

Anyway, I am just excited that people notice. The scale is moving very slowly (2 - 4 pounds per month), but I take measurements and I am losing inches. Also, I am wearing smaller clothing. :dizzy:

Hurrah! Those 2-4 pounds a month do add up. Since the time is going to pass anyway, you may as well do something great for yourself during that time!

Congratulations!!! It is such a good feeling when people notice. I have been getting alot of that lately. The guy at the 7 eleven said Wow you lost a lot of weight. A couple of people have said Wow you look " different". Is that the nice way of saying you lost weight?
