Thanks guys just weighed myself today and I'm down another 5 lbs :O don't know how that happened really I just been counting calories and eating every 3 hours, and slacking on my exercise till today I did an hour and 20 mins. I'll have to check the scale later and see if that 5lbs is still off kind of in disbelief.
