Normal BMI
I can remember when I started my journey that I would mess around with the BMI calculator, plugging in random weights and seeing how much weight I would have to lose until I reached a normal BMI (I started as obese). I can remember thinking that it would take a lifetime to reach 149 and that I would probably never get there. Well today was the day, I reached 149.4 and I am officially a "normal weight".
I have about 9.4lbs to go until I hit my original ultimate goal and I'm still undecided if I'm going to go a little lower than 140lbs. I'll see how my body feels and looks when I get to that point.
I'm just so friggen happy right now

I AM SO PROUD OF U & I know just what ya mean & how ya feel! I started out morbidly obese~And when I got to obese, then overweight then Normal it was all A great accomplishment! So Enjoy today ~U will remember it always!

Congratulations!!! I'm the same height as you, so I'm looking for that "normal weight" milestone myself. You have done so, so well!!!
I'd also like to thank you for your signature -- there have been several times that I have reminded myself, or even told my husband, "Nobody ever says "I wish I didn't workout today!!" So that has been inspirational.
