Default 30% Towards Goal & Out Of The 170s & Now Just Overweight

whoo-hoo! today i am 30% towards goal, out of the 170s, and now just overweight. i'm also now in plain l's, the xl's are too big, and will be going to good will soon.

i've worked really hard to get here, and i am so happy to have made it this far. it's been a long time, too long, since i've seen the 160s.

it feels kind of surreal, and i weighed myself way too many times this morning, just to make sure i was really seeing what i was seeing.

i know i still have a lot of work ahead of me. but reaching these milestones could not have come at a better time. the boost to my motivation, especially after some rough times recently, and the realization that my efforts are paying off, means so much to me.

and now, back to the work of moving towards better health.
