Default 30 lbs later!!!
I finally hit my 195 goal i'm 194.8 as of this morning so i took some pics to see the difference! WOOT WOOT

220

today! 194.8 and on my belt now i'm just about 2 notches from the starting one that i USED to wear.. i never had to wear one before at 225

The goal i hit was one i set for my self lol for what i wanted to see out of the month of june haha
