Down 14 pounds and one size!
 

Ahhhh, finally starting to feel like myself again, thanks to you great folks. I can't believe my weight got so out of hand in only six months. Still have my closet of size 2-4 mocking me, but at least the thrift shop 157-lb clothes can go back to the thrift shop now.

I'm trying for 3 lbs. this week, which would put me just teetering on the 130s -- argh, and that's a weight I used to think was high for me. Now I'll be so happy to see it again!

I'm going to go on extra walks and even try running again. The "front floppage" isn't so debilitating now. So by Monday -- 140!

Thank you! I sure was stuck for awhile, but now I am psyched to succeed. I felt like looking at a fashion magazine for the first time in months today.
