Well I have finally done it!
I have never stuck with a real "diet/lifestyle change" for more than a day! I have done "fasts" of no sweets & lost 30 lbs but of course gained it all back... Anyways, I have stuck with staying under 2000 calories this whole week & I worked just about every day so I couldnt work out but I lost 3lbs & I am so inspired to meet my goal of 62 more pounds!!!
