Default I ran!

I am so happy to report that I can feel a change in my energyafter working beginning in the end of April!

And I completed a task I thought I'd have to lose at least 20 lbs to do again. I ran (technically is was a trot, not quite running yet) 3.0 miles this past Saturday without walking AT ALL on a very hilly trail! I am so so so proud of myself. I know that through Christ I can do all things! YEAHHHHH

i was literally the tortoise but U was getting it done. I was so emotional about it I thought about how this is a major milestone for me. I've been actually working out more as well so I feel stronger. yipee!

Know that you can do it. It is not a question of willpower. I have none of that. It is a question of willingness. What are you willing to do to reach your goals? No matter what your situation, no matter what your history you can be successful and improve your health and physical fitness. You can never be defeated until you quit.~anon

Awesome! I am really jealous because I just do not have the endurance to run long distances, but good for you for having that ability! Good luck on the rest of your journey.
