About a week ago I finally reached the 50 lbs lost mark. Although, the first 28 took me 3 years. During those 3 years I just exercised often with no significant changes in my diet. In fact, for all of 2009 I must have lost about 2-3 lbs. The other 22 lbs has been since March 1st when I started calorie counting. Here are some pics. Sorry about the no-face thing. I'm a bit iffy about having it on the internet.. same reason I don't have facebook or any other social networking sites.
1st pic: March 2007. About 2.5 months before my 17th birthday. Highest weight of 238 lbs.
2nd pic: About a year later in April 2008 at prom. Around 220 lbs I'd say.
3rd pic: February 2010 when the Olympics were in my city. Around 215 lbs. Right before I started calorie counting.
4th & 5th pic: About 2-3 weeks ago on vacation. I have actually lost another 6 lbs since then so those are really 45 lb. loss pics not 50.
I wish I was willing to post my face cause there are some dramatic changes there!
