I didn't realize until I saw my own siggy that I am finally over halfway to my goal. It has been the most incredible journey and I feel fantastic. I know the second half will come off a little slower than the first but I am ok with that. I am taking it one day at a time. I wear the GoWearFit armband, log my calories, and am walking about 3 miles a day, 6 days a week. This site has been a big part of my success. It has been so nice to have somewhere I can go where I know people understand what I am going through. Thanks to all the other chicks out there!
