2 lbs....may not seem like much but its HUGE for me!
 

I have lost 2 lbs. in 3 days...and I am OVERJOYED...I haven't been able to say I've lost ANYTHING in lord knows how long. I want to shout it from the mountain tops...:carrot::carrot::carrot:

I think its amazing...2lbs add up every time you lose lose 2 lbs...leads to 10 to 20 and more.
